Arnold-Schwarzenegger-success

From a young nobody in Austria to the worlds youngest Mr. Universe and one of the biggest grossing movie stars of all time. Arnold schwarzenegger knows a thing or two about hard work and reaching success. The Austrian Oak has been gracious enough to give us his six rules of success that he believes anyone can follow.

1. Trust Yourself

SO many young people are getting so much advice from all of those around them, but what you have to do is search deep down and ask yourself what you want to be. You have to figure out for yourself what makes you happy, no matter how crazy it may sound to other people. Trust yourself no matter what anyone else thinks.

2. Break the Rules

WE have so many rules in life about everything. Break the rules, not the law but the rules. Its impossible to be a maverick if you’re going to follow all the rules. You have to think outside of the box. What is the point of being on this earth if you want to be liked by everyone and avoid trouble. Break some of the rules

3. Don’t be Afraid to Fail

ANYTHING you are going to attempt, you have to be willing to fail. You cant always win but don’t be afraid to make decisions. You cant be paralyzed by the fear of failure or you’re never going to push yourself. Keep pushing because you believe in yourself and your vision. You know its the right thing to do and success will come so don’t be afraid to fail.

4. Don’t Listen to the Naysayers.

HOW many times have you heard,“You cant do this and you cant do that. Its never been done before.” You have to love it when someone says no one has ever done it before. It means you can be the first one to do it. Pay no attention to the people who say it can’t be done.

5. Work Your Butt Off

YOU never want to fail because you didn’t work hard enough. Always believe in leaving no stone unturned. You never want to fail at something because you didn’t work hard enough. Take control of something you can influence, and leave the rest to the world. Never fail because you didn’t work hard enough.

“I don’t count my sit-ups; I only start counting when it starts hurting because they’re the only ones that count”. – Muhammad Ali

That’s the way it is with everything. No pain no gain.

6. Always Give Something Back

WHATEVER path you take in your life, always find time to give something back. Something back to your community, your state or your country. This will give you so much energy, which you can take and continue on your success journey, and give more back along the way.
