What You’ll Need
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon paprika
How To Prepare
Step 1. Take your chicken breasts and cut three slits in each one in order for the marinade to penetrate. Grab a small bowl and take your lemon juice, salt, olive oil, pepper, garlic, and paprika and whisk them all together for 60 seconds. Take your chicken breasts and place them in a large bowl, then proceed to pour your marinade all over the chicken. Work the marinade into the chicken with your hands, then cover it properly and place it in the fridge overnight.
Step 2. Preheat the grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Step 3. Cook all of the chicken on the grill until the meat is no longer pink and all of the juices run clear.
